Students will watch short clips from the film "America's Lost Landscape: The Tallgrass Prairie" and then do a hands-on project to make "milkweed balls," which combine seed collected from restored prairie on the ACT grounds with soil/compost. The balls are ready for scattering in urban yards/gardens/school grounds to help spread native milkweed.
